Duresco moulding compounds can be processed by common moulding techniques.

Duresco moulding compounds give mouldings with good mechanical properties, some types show outstanding cracking resistance.

Mouldings made from Duresco moulding compounds have excellent dimensional stability, particularly when used at elevated temperatures and under changing climatic conditions.

Mouldings made from Duresco moulding compounds have, depending on type, excellent electrical and dielectric properties even at elevated temperatures and under changing climatic conditions.

Mouldings made from Duresco moulding compounds have excellent resistance to chemicals, especially organic solvents and aggressive media even at elevated temperatures.

Duresco moulding compounds are also available in flame-retardant grades which meet the requirements of UL 94, classification V-0. Flame retardants used are free of halogens.

Duresco moulding compounds are free of heavy metals

Duresco moulding compounds remain processable for several months if stored cool and dry.

Duresco moulding compounds are available in different flow grades for some of the products.

Duresco moulding compounds are coloured black.
